Sharp eye there on the DJ Utilities William. I didn't even notice it. A glance at the chart looks like it has broken up out of it's downtrend. This is usually bullish.

Don't know if this means anything or not. I do recall that last year the Utilities led the overall market up. Rates were falling instead of rising then though.

Anybody have plausible theories? I know many folks are expecting a bond rally. Perhaps that is why the DJU are being bid up.
