i just talked with the IR guy and he informed me that we will get one share of the new semi company for each share of CUBE that we own now in addition to the 0.54 share of HLIT. the new semi company will be IPO'ed Q1 2000 with exactly the same OS shares and float as CUBE presently. if one holds the stock until that time or beyond, then the interesting thing to do is predicting the open day's price, no? any thoughts?
