Nathaniel Energy Inks International Distribution Agreement Launching Alternative Energy Technology Worldwide
CASTLE ROCK, Colo., Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Nathaniel Energy Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: NECX) announces today that it has executed a strategic distribution and marketing agreement with AEGIS Green Ltd. to represent and market its patented Thermal Combustion Technology in Italy.
AEGIS Green Ltd., based in Littleton, CO, with offices in Cologna, Venetta and Vecienca, Italy, will market Nathaniel's patented technology under participating joint venture arrangements. Marketing strategy will focus on sales through the company's current distribution channels. Nathaniel Energy Corporation's technical teams will provide technical support and training.

AEGIS is presently in discussions with several commercial and municipal end users and currently awaiting pre-regulatory approvals. Nathaniel's technology has been in service since 1989 at the Atlanta Constitution and Journal in Atlanta GA and serves a convenient model for foreign dignitaries to evaluate its merit.
The Thermal combustor technology is a self-contained combustion chamber capable of burning most combustible waste materials in an environmentally friendly fashion and when adapted to a co-generation unit is capable of producing low-cost power. A typical single project utilizing 3 units using TDF (tire derived fuel) is capable of producing the equivalent of a 10 megawatt power station, sufficient power generation for a city of 25,000 homes.
