I am with Hugh on this one. I too was mystified when I read the news release on the SVV thread. Knowing that VSE not GAI put out the release helps a bit. It also helps to know that the announcement reported OLD news, in the sense that the agreement dates back to May 1996. But the market clearly did not like the announcement (if that indeed is what drove the stock down). Some further explanation and clarification by GAI might reassure the market.
