Market magnets 10.28.99 geocities.com notes BOINGGGGGGGGG well, quite a afternoon we had. Not sure if it was mainly short covering or not. NYSE new lows improved today but still sniffed at bearish level (I like 262+ as bearish and below 30 as bullish). Not convinced todays move means we are out of the woods but the refusal to buckle today is a warning shot to the bears. ht david
