CQL is valued higher because the number of outstanding shares are only about 10,000,000, whereas GRM has around 35,000,000. I believe that CQL also has some other properties which are not jointly owned.

I can't help you with the interpretation of the results, but sure wish some one could. The results looked great to me and I bought some more GRM, only to see it drop $0.05 thereafter. Go figure.
