Not to worry—it'll never pass. Too many complications with currency multiplier effects—Fed would have to re-figure M1-M3 calculations, which would take years to analyse. Savings/investment/leakage formulas would be 'out the door', for only a speculative benefit. And he's just a regional VP anyway…not gonna be in line for AG's chair... especially with "ideas" like that. Tax is a tool—a hammer, so to speak…but it doesn't make this 'monetary concern' a nail.
