PeakSoft Multinet Announce Next Generation Online Small Business Community is Live at
peak.com

BELLINGHAM, WASHINGTON--New Site to Help Small Business Seize the
E-Opportunity, Facilitating Cost Savings, Business Growth and
Increased Productivity.

PeakSoft Multinet (ASE: PKS; OTC-BB: PEAMF), a pioneer of Internet
communication solutions, announced the release of the next
generation of its online small business community at Peak.com.
The new site reflects the next generation of the easy to use and
personalized Internet environment for small business being created
by PeakSoft.

Peak.com has begun empowering small business users with a unique,
full-service website for the gathering and sharing of critical
information. Peak.com, while still in beta form, now offers many
unique features and capabilities for small business.

"We knew we had to be different and better to rise above the
noise," asserts Doug Foster, CEO of PeakSoft, "The new site is
graphically rich, and the magazine format appears to the user to
be familiar and amazingly easy to navigate. Peak.com also offers
powerful profiling and personalization for business users and
small business associations."

Available now, the site provides powerful Internet organization
and search features, industry specific news, and business
community capability. Users can also create vertical communities
at Peak.com. The company has identified 50 vertical communities
within the small business market and is accepting hosting requests
for new communities structured by target industry, interest groups
or regions within North America. Users can visit the site at no
cost at peak.com. Registration is also free and
provides access to Peak.com's Business Libraries, Business
Communities and Peak News as well as powerful personalization at
My Peak. Registered users can create a business profile as a
first step to e-benefits.

Peak.com is dedicated to helping small business seize the
e-opportunity represented by the Internet, with a focus on three
key objectives: saving money, growing the business and increasing
productivity.

"Over the coming weeks and months Peak will be adding partnered
solutions, powerful commerce capabilities and aggregating
important content and tools as we prepare for the full launch of
the community," declared Tim Metz, PeakSoft's chief operating
officer. "These will be delivered at Peak.com through The
Solutions Center, The Technology Center and The Business District,
all of which are currently under development."

The pre-release announcement of the site occurred at Internet
World in May of 1999. Since that time the company has registered
over 6,000 businesses and users and has signed a number of
strategic agreements designed to expand membership. The company
plans to have 300,000 active registered businesses by 2001. To
provide these solutions and services to small businesses around
the world, PeakSoft Multinet entered a co-marketing and technology
alliance with Novell's (NOVL) Small Business Products Group in
March of 1999. Through the alliance, Novell's worldwide customers
will have access to Peak.com.
