Manny: I for one don't wish the shares. I'm buying all I can at 11:00 a.m. on Thur. just to cut my average cost. Heck if the company can work for me I can help support the stock. The offer is nice yet not a good one IMO. That DCI/ firm was in a hot market at the time and should have moved IMO. This one will when it's time has come and that may be very near from the T.A. I'm reading from the charts. Good Luck to you, and all. :~}
