I have Wireless Internet. It is suppose to be faster than Cable. It is considered a direct line of site feed. You have to me so many mile within their Main Dish and have nothing blocking it. The call it some kind of Microwave feed. Obviously this type of service would not work to well in wooded or Mountain areas. The two biggest differences I see: 1. I never have to worry about getting disconnected. 2. The download time on something that would normally take 20 minutes even on ISDN, is downloaded in less than a minute. thebeam.net
