GREAT NEWS!! Rumor has it that the SEC has or will accept AUTC's S-1 registration very shortly, allowing AUTC to be relisted and eventually go for listing on the NASDAQ.

I think the 21,000 shares traded in the last 40 mins today is very good indication that the rumor is true. I know that doesn't seem like alot but for the pink sheets that is, especially considering the pathetic volume last week. Tomorrow is going to be a scramble for people to get in before we hit 2.00.
