.5427 shares of $60 HLIT for each CUBE share now worth $40+??? Bummer for CUBE holders. That is $32 bucks per share. . . minus about 5% discount is about $31 per share. If I am understanding this correctly, CUBE shareholders just lost 23% of their value by selling out to HLIT. The 1.7 billion sounds great, but since it is all stock, it isn't much of a deal. It appears HLIT got themselves a bargain basement buy of their own. Rande Is
