If this is true, don't be surprised if there is another suiter and a bidding war. $14.00 is cheap for an international network, with Germany finished, a big customer base in the US plus PT-1 and an ever decreasing number of telco to be bought up and time to market becoming more important. RSLC and ICIX next!?
