Hello John, makes my head spin as well. On one hand the government is urging Placer Dome to put LC into production and on the other the law states that. It seems to me the government of Venezuela recognizes that CVG has the title. Or the other way around.

This why I believe that if someone buys KRY because of the LC, they will end up very disappointed. KRY will never mine LC.
