HLITs PE is high, looking at next year's est. The high est is $1.00. The average is $.56. They just reported $.23, for Q3. About a PE of 60, next year. Earnings grew almost 700% last year, but from a few contracts. To buy Divi, they needed to pay more. 9x trailing sales for 40%growth in Digital Video networking is not enough. Maybe the partnership is the rest?
