In the design centers (as opposed to the Fabs), it's pretty much the same. The standard office machine is an NT machine. Notebooks are the only exception as they run Win98 with an office suite.

In my group, the engineering machine (as opposed to the office machine) is either Win2000 or Win98 depending upon the project we're working on.
