It is nice to know that there is someone still reading the thread. It has now been a week since I asked Mr. Jacobs for an update on the progress toward "mass production".

I think the fact that he has not responded to my post is very ominous. It sort of leads me to think that things are not progressing as planned and that the 12/31/99 publically stated goal for mass production is in danger. But it does not appear to matter much to other thread members as only a few members namely LOR, Ari, Della and you have expressed an opinion on the adequacy of information flowing from Pyng regarding mass production progress.

I guess most people are content to just wait around for Dec 31, 1999 and if production is not ready then Pyng can just provide another date sometime in 2000 rather than explain the circumstances that lead to delays as they happen.

I would also like to know if the idea of adding an independent director is still being considered and if it is what the next step would be ; nominations?. We have had at least two volunteers: Bernard and Grant.

Also has anyone seen the abstract that Mr. Jacobs mentioned was distributed to ACEP participants, he said he would try to get permission to post it for all to read but I have not seen it on the website or as a post to SI.

I hate that the thread has become so inactive. But I guess that is to be expected when we go a month with no news except for a option grant. I think the stock price is holding up surprisingly well given the cloudy outlook for production in 1999.
