If you are going to buy, I suggest that you buy before that meeting. Buying at these prices is a bit of a chore.....share prices .005 or below are "very risky" not to mention expensive. I believe WATERHOUSE would charge me .01 per share fee to buy more then 5000 shares of any stock. When the broker fee is twice the share value it should be a wake up call to many.... Regards LT
