Bill, I don't put down anyone's style of music.
I do think that you have limited knowledge here when you say that
hendrix was the greatest guitar player.
this isn't what hendrix said.
He said phil Keaggy was.
He cut off one of his fingers. the one that is not needed and gets in the way of your chording. This is how committed he was.
He played for satan then..but for yrs now he plays for the Lord.
In fact when people vanish from the scene. They ususally got saved and changed their music and it's hard to get the play on that station. their staion just changed.
also, there are poeple who can blow janis away when it comes to wailing it out.

You just don't have a station that plays a broad enough band of christian music.

Music prodcues either darkness or light. there is no in between.

This is why my kids listened to no secular music from zero to
10 and now that they are teenagers they only want chrisitan positive
music. Now, they are allowed to choose but that's all they want.
Their freinds may put down alot of things about my kids lifestyle but even their unsaved friends like their music.
Same guitars and drums and etc. same rap, rock, blue, etc.
loud or low... they like it becasue it goes to their souls and the Light will bless you.

People should quite putting down other peoles taste in music.
