I dont think you'll get many responses. The offshore bondholders are not the sort of individuals who like to make their presence known, especially to the IRS. That's why it was an offshore offering in the first place! They couldn't put enough premium on those bonds to get legitimate money to buy them. So they had to resort to international drug lords and offshore tax cheats!
