i hope the judge is reading these articles re intel, compaq, aol, dell & linux lining up strategies against msft. course, if the red flag hasn't already gone up for him, it probably never will. the gall that companies like aol exhibit when crying on one hand and competing on the other is amazing. i would have thought they would wait till after verdict to announce stuff like this
