I am still very concerned with GLOW meeting the SEC's revised OTCBB reporting requirements. I have just sent the following via e-mail to Gary Borglund:

Mr. Borglund,

It has come to my attention that GLOW is currently going through a process that many other companies are going through -- justifying its presence on the OTCBB to the SEC. As a shareholder of another company that was recently delisted (sent to the pink sheets) for failing to meet certain specific reporting requirements, I am concerned that GLOW may meet the same fate and that my investment in GLOW may lose value in the process. Any information that you can supply regarding where GLOW is in terms of meeting the SEC's revised OTCBB reporting requirements and what the likelihood is for GLOW to 'go the pink sheets' would be appreciated.
