There is no nice way to say "You were not truthful." You weren't. More than once, you stated that personal information was posted. Quoting your own words:

A reasonable person reading that reply could be expected to infer a claim of privacy as to your city or telephone number, that you yourself had never revealed such information, and that there may, in fact, be more than one jlallen in NH practicing the same profession.
Someone on another thread subsequently posted links to your own earlier posts on a very active public thread containing your firm name, city, and area code. Although, as you later state, you did not provide your telephone number, you did provide the finest road map to its location one can imagine, and you did invite someone to look it up. You have elsewhere implied that you have a memory like an elephant. Thus, one must assume you are capable of remember what you wrote 10 minutes prior, an hour prior, or only a day prior to writing a post. One can only conclude that you disclosed the truth in stages, only after others provided proof that you were being less than forthcoming.
Your rank revision of the recent public record does not stand scrutiny. I am sorry. |
