Bubble hasn't burst.

Actually I think IOMG's stock price has suffered in the last 3 days because Syquest and Presstek have taken turns dragging down IOMG.

You're right in one sense, IOMG's recent secondary offering was a dilution of the earnings per share, but we'll know better in one or two months whether the secondary offering had a long term effect in diluting share price.

Some people myself included would rather dilute the earnings by 5/120 in return for IOMG getting practically $175 million in cash.

It's no secret that IOMG and Syquest were cash-poor while they were battling away. We all know who won, and we all know who has an extra $175 million while the other guy is pink sheeted by NASDAQ and knocking on chapter 11.

IOMG has sacrificed earnings to go after market share and revenue.

The IOMG bubble bursts when we're spying at Computer City and see mobs of people buying the alleged competitor to a Zip.

Happy Investing
Rick.
