Yo. You heard it here before the newswires. Late yesterday Moody's issued a report in which they took CLST off of creditwatch. Since earlier this year, CLST had been on Moody's list for a possible downgrade. Appears that creditwatch is now off the list of negative issues hanging over this stock. The class action is also off the list since the division which caused the so-called problems has now been sold at a profit (just as mgmt said it would all along). The Moody's report should hit the wires before noon. WHL
