Agreed, high price for a non-I-nut, guess the company wants to capture as much of the premium as possible. Mohan, I'm in for 100 shares (when they called to reconfirm my IOI, I raised my limit to 20 (!) and cut back on the number of shares). It will be interesting. Off-hand, I don't see it doing that much -- but I also see it as a "no-lose"!
