Hi TR Without any worthwhile news, guess we will have to create some FLASH: Faced with a worldwide shortage of mousepads,CPQ signs a $2 bil multiyear contract with Rubbermaid. After falling precipitously for several years because of an overcapacity in the industry,just in the past 3 months they CPP (cost per pad) has tripled. This is expected to hurt the JIT manufacturers (like Dell), whose entire profits were derived from underselling others as the pad cost was dropping. The shortage is expected to continue for at least several quarters and hurt the profits of all computer manufacturers.( BUt Dell worst of all) Sig
