Hockeyfan, I suspect Yost was/is/might be selling BANY w/ no regard for ANYI. BANY has no money, and they supposedly owe Yost a bundle. Yost sells ANYI, BANY takes the proceeds and pays off Yost, Yost is covered, everyone else in BANY and ANYI is screwed. Yost is alot of things, but he's not a moron. He's not gone yet, but he could be soon with all our $. Man I hope I'm wrong, I've heard about these kinda scams before and I sure hope this isn't what it looks like it could be. If it is, I'm not sure how ANYI can overcome it, a lawsuit certainly won't help (will it?). ANYI needs to find out exactly what's happening, and they need to tell us. Is anyone going to the annual meeting tomorrow? Does anyone care enough to find out what's going on anymore?
