Keith,insurance often is wasted money. I am happy that cse investors will be successful. My profits are offset by the insurance but I tend to be risk adverse and probably would have profited more over the years without taking defensive positions. Here is another deal to look at. MAY will be buying ZNCO for 22.5 cash. ZNCO has hardly any float and huge spreads on the BB. I had to wait two days to buy stock at 20 1/8 and that was a high end of spread. I think deal is solid and hope to see closure in 3 months.
