Frank: Yet another nail in the coffin of the case that says MSFT has a monopoly over the entire software industry. If Jackson falls for the bidding of a few jealous competitors and ambitious political hacks ( AG's of participating states) he will be remembered in juris prudence history as the judge who was consistently overturned by his peers at The Court of Appeals.
