John:

I have this bad feeling watching the stock market gyrate over the past
week that things may become like last year. All the easy money has been
made and players are exiting the stock market, regardless of earnings.
With bonds stabilizing I was hoping that there was a higher leg ahead.
But these 10-12 points downslides in the NASDAQ and recovering 4-5
points quickly, does show some strength but that will not long-lived
as we saw last year.

I was hoping that after the big run in the NASDAQ, and subsequent drop
to 1230, we would see new buyers come in and try to ride the winners.
Right now that is probably not happening, and the mutual funds are
probably starting to rotate out from the techs.

I think USRX will do good over the next 2 quarters, but if the market
conditions deteriorate, we could see easily see it in the low 80s in
the next 4 weeks. Let me know what you think.
