Yeah but do they provide an order fulfillment front end of any kind? A customer list, for example, stuff like that?

Because a lot of e-tailers are mostly distributors, they only need a simple ordering system (no manufacture), but they do need application software for customer lists, and accounting. If bvsn can provide simple functionality here then the erp's will be effectively locked out, otoh if you still need erp's then that is where the bulk of the $ will go. The big companies like cisco of course have an erp and spend a small portion of $$ on broadvision.
