Henry and All,

I feel that manangement has been straight and yes there has been grassroot investors that had cheap stock and we all know that they
were shorting and preselling. As far as GC being in the pp. give me a
break they aren't that stupid. I do know there will be a news release
after the close today. Today was DDay so lets just hope they pulled
off a deal.
