8,300,000 shares issued. Authorized Shares
50,000,000. Ok lets see if there are only 8.3 million shares out there @ 2 share this company has a market cap of 16.6 million. That is cheep for a company that would have the kind of web site this company says it's putting up. the total shares this company can issue is 50 million. So 100 million would still be cheep for the kind of web site this company is saying it can put out.
I ask myself if I was to try to put out a web site like this how would I raise the cash to do it. Well issuing stock would be one way. And at this stage it looks like a good way to do it. Would I try to hype the stock price in this case? Yes I would If I was using stock to get the company going I would want the stock as high as I could get it. the only real question I have about this as a investment is can they really get the site that they say they can up when they say they will? And if they can do that can they promote the site enough to get traffic? Well if they can do that then this stock is very cheep. If they can't we will get a chance to buy cheaper. For my money it's worth the chance. I'm in.
