Not only that, fuddle, but according to Fed's Beige Book report down here issued by the ST Louis F/R boils and goils, approximately 66% of our USA greenbacks are held overseas now and used as currency du jour we've printed so damn many of them.

I can sure understand why it took that longwinded ninny who wrote that report 34 pages to "explain" himself.
