Just an individual investor/Sluppie-Screwee who is justifiably dumbfounded, pissed-off, and deeply offended by the length of time that has passed since 5/1/98 without the SEC's coming forward to explain to the public the "egregious acts" committed by Solucorp that caused it to take such drastic actions against Solucorp and its shareholders.)
