Karl, You would do well to listen to Larry. One comparison that does bear consideration is a comparison to Naxos. The chain of events and method of conducting business at MGAU bear a resemblance to the way business was conducted at Naxos. Compare Thor's reasons for uneasiness to the reasons posted on the Naxos thread while J/L was involved with Naxos. There are some striking similarities. Mark
