For example, how about the team songs that European soccer fans sing at their home games? Doesn't corrupt your soul or trun people on to Jesus. NOt everything in life is so black and white. I truely believe that trying to categorize too much into absolute black and white is a mentality that fuels the abberrations I earlier mentioned. I think his is also a major part of what scares people away from some of the great Christian artists you mentioned. There's music that produces light, music that produces darkness and a bunch of stuff inbetween or even neutral. There is even popular Christian stuff that pretends to be music of light but presents the darkness of lies. Have you ever seen Carmen's revisionist crock? Politically motivated deceptions in the name of Jesus. I agree with your opinions on investing alot more than on music :-) Hope to learn something from them.
