It means- they look at what you were interested in (if they think you are good at finding things they like) and they swoop in at the last minute to buy whatever the thing or things are you have bookmarked. There are people on EBAY with excellent bloodhound skills for finding great stuff who haven't a CLUE on how to bid. God bless 'em.
