IMO, you are wrong. It's just a guide, Robert...and in times of wild trading...TA helps cuz rational things are not going on. (see TA of P$F on HLIT thread) Toss your FA out you window....this thing should be about 50..but it's not, so your FA is worthless today other than as valuation guidance...not trading wise, and who's to say they don't sprinkle some "NET spice" this deal and run both the stocks higher???? Play the MO.
