I've never been one to think law suit but... this is trying my patience. Right now I am down almost 40% in a major investment here and we get notified 5 days after the fact of a major sell-off by a major stockholder? Plus management here is doing nothing to protect their shareholder's investment. Has anyone else given this some thought? Walt
