You want to see how fast it can happen? Check out DCHTE. They just got a micro-fund investor interested on an off the cuff meeting apparently. His intention is to pull up the price to about .50 minimum. It's moving now. Just something I remember about how this works, and today they are an example, along with SYCD, NSCT and some others.
