As I'm sure you know, in financial services, especially in retail, people are reluctant to switch service providers (ie, banks). So there has to be a compelling reason for someone to switch banks. (Personal Commentary: 1/4 point on CDs is not compelling). I'm not sure I see a compelling reason to switch to USAB. Net banks seem to be sprouting like mushrooms and they're hard to differentiate. So, as a medium or long term play, right now, I don't see USAB as a strong play. Financials relative to their peers make this a tempting buy and I will continue to lurk and look for more event-based plays. KD
