E!, Mr. D (Bill De Rosa) has a bad record advising people to buy penny stocks that cause people to lose large amounts of money. See my post on another thread ( #reply-11467554 ) for further information. As far as the SEC investigation, I'm not at liberty to reveal what I know about the SEC investigation of Mr. D, but it did involve questions about the role he played in hyping certain stocks, notably DGIV, in online message boards like this one. What really chafes my buttocks about Mr. D is that people follow his advice because he is perceived as being "respectable" and wealthy, and they lose their money.
