good question.... i simply posted the news release which was issued today over the wires.

apparently people are taking it as new given the move into 18 today. I still think, given the metrics of windchill as a stand alone, all other start ups being relative, you could afford the company a considerably higher valuation than 18. There are many examples in the market that certainly make 18 look rather cheap for lack of a better word.

as always...value is in the eyes of the beholder.
