(the “Company”) #119 – 744 West Hastings Street Vancouver, BC, V6C 1A5 (604) 646-8888 PRESS RELEASE October 27, 1999 The Company announces that Stephen Winter has resigned as a Director of the Company effective October 26, 1999. The Company appreciated his efforts while a Director of the Company and wishes him success in his private business endeavours. Howard Gaddis Jr. previously resigned as a Director on September 1, 1999. In their place, effective October 26, 1999, the Company announces that Kelly Fielder of Vancouver and Robert Bader of Toronto, Ontario have been appointed as Directors of the Company. Kelly Fielder has also been appointed President of the Company. Mr. Fielder is experienced in reorganizations of public companies and will focus the efforts of the Company on lifting the cease trade order currently outstanding.
