Thanks for the response, JP. I was going through the news about Genesys Telecom (GCTI) when I found a mention of Quintus. After GCTI was grabbed by Alcatel, and GeoTel was snapped up by CSCO, an analyst from Lehman Brothers mentioned Quintus as one of the "possible independent standouts remaining" in the field of computer telephony.

The analyst said of GCTI that "since the company went public in 1997, it had consistently beaten Wall Street earnings forecasts." I just wondered if Quintus would have an equally bright future.
