I have read the post but where did MB find the news? Barbara, I'm getting a similar story from my broker, they will allow the trade but without authentication of what the split is they won't release the funds and reserve to transfer the liability back to me for deficiency if it is a short sell.

Are they not required to file with the SEC for both a name change and the split?

Again, we are missing info here, and LOTS
