I am very positive on this whole scenario. We sell the Divi portion for what I think is a pretty good price, and keep the chip company. There was nothing in the deal that said someone had to buy the chip side, it just has to be spun off. This is great. Its a pure play in the video decomp/comp area. This area is hot, and is going to be hotter when video over the net comes on line. And also Cube is big into HDTV, which will become more and more the norm.

Also, referring to the price, as HLIT recovers, and it will, Cube will go up with it.

I will now go into the corner and be happy.
