Looks like AMT is going to end up a big player south of the border:

MEXICO - Mexican retailer Grupo Elektra SA de CV EKT.N
EKT.MX said its net profit for the nine-months ended
September rose to 610.87 million from 161.46 million.
American Tower Corp.AMT.N was in talks with several
cellular phone companies and paging and broadcasting firms,
including Iusacell CELV.MX CEL.N and Telefonos de Mexico
TMX.N TELMEXL.MX. Iusacell's ADRs rose 1/8 to 11-9/16 and
Telmex ADRs dipped 5/16 to 79-1/8.
